HQ Collective, a local grassroots advocacy organization in Hillside-Quadra, is reaching out to businesses and non-profit organizations at this time of extreme uncertainty. "We know that local organizations are struggling, and we want to check on them!" says HQ Collective Director Jenn Neilson. Organizations that are located or operate in and around Hillside-Quadra are invited to complete a short online survey on how they're doing, and how the community can help support them in the coming months. A link to the survey can be found on the HQ Collective website at hqcollective.ca.
If you know anyone who owns or operates a business or non-profit organization in or around Hillside-Quadra (bordered by Bay, Blanshard, Finlayson, and Cook), please share this with them. "We want to hear from anyone operating businesses in this area, including home-based businesses, who will likely need community support," says Neilson. HQ Collective will be compiling a report based on the survey results that will be shared with the community, and guide future local initiatives.
